BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (the Bank), as of the date of admission of the Company’s shares to trading on the regulated market on 27 May 2011, has declared compliance with the corporate governance rules laid down in the Code of Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies (the Code). The Code is available on the website https://www.gpw.pl/best-practice, the official corporate governance website of Warsaw Stock Exchange (Exchange) for listed companies.

As a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in accordance with § 91 section 5 paragraph 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (...) the Bank is obliged to publish in its annual report a statement on application of Corporate Governance Standards.
Additionally, pursuant to § 29 section 3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules and following relevant resolutions of the Exchange Management Board, the Bank as an Issuer is obliged to report to the Exchange on the application of the detailed rules of corporate governance, based on comply or explain principle. These current reports are provided via the Electronic Information Database (EBI).

Since 1 January 2016, the Bank is subject to Best Practice of GPW Listed Companies 2016 (Best Practice 2016) as adopted by the Exchange Supervisory Board Resolution No. 26/1413/2015 on 13 October 2015. The document of Best Practice 2016 is available at: https://www.gpw.pl/best-practice
