Administration of personal data

Personal data provided by users of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Website, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", via electronic forms, is stored by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kasprzaka 2 (hereinafter "the Bank") in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the law, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 136 of 31.5.2005). The Bank only collects the data of Website users, which will be used to provide the service selected by the Website users, to respond to requests addressed to the Bank, for marketing purposes related to advertising of bank products and services, to provide information on the Bank's offer and for archiving and statistical purposes. Disclosure of personal data

The personal data of the Website users collected by the Bank may be transferred only to entities authorized by law and entities for the benefit of which the Website user has given their consent to process their personal data.

Cookies - what are they?
