Administration of personal data

Personal data provided by users of the BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Website, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", via electronic forms, is stored by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kasprzaka 2 (hereinafter "the Bank") in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the law, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 136 of 31.5.2005).
