HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR CARD AND SET A PIN
The PIN can be set solely by the cardholder (the person to whom the card was issued).
Important! If your card is lost or stolen, it must be blocked immediately via:
- the GOmobile Biznes app,
- the GOonline Biznes banking platform,
- the following numbers: 22 134 00 00 or +48 500 990 500 (call charges apply according to your operator's tariff).

How can I block my card?
You can block your card:
- in person at any bank branch,
- via the GOmobile Biznes app or the GOonline Biznes banking platform,
- via Customer Service for the Bank's Clients:
- Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: +48 22 540 29 26

Where can I use my payment card?
You can use your card anywhere the payment network logo shown on your card is displayed. It can be used for cashless payments for goods and services, including:
- contactless transactions,
- remote transactions (via phone, internet, or mail order),
- mobile payments using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, Swatch Pay, and Xiaomi Pay,
cash withdrawals from ATMs worldwide and at bank branches equipped with a POS terminal displaying the Mastercard logo.
Does my first card transaction have to be made in Poland?
If you set or change your PIN via remote channels (the GOmobile Biznes app, the GOonline Biznes banking platform, or by phone), your first transaction must be a chip-and-PIN transaction (not contactless) made in Poland.
Which card transactions require PIN confirmation?
You must enter your PIN to confirm:
- ATM cash withdrawals,
- cash deposits at deposit automation terminals,
- in-store payments when inserting the card into a payment terminal,
- contactless payments for amounts over PLN 100,
- certain contactless payments for lower amounts (required for security reasons).
Do I need to set a PIN for a renewed card?
The PIN for a renewed card remains the same as for your previous card.
You can always change your PIN via:
- the GOonline Biznes banking platform,
- the GOmobile Biznes app,
- via Customer Service for the Bank's Clients.
Who can activate the card and set a PIN?
Activation can be completed by any employee with the appropriate authorisation rights in GOmobile Biznes, GOonline Biznes, or the Customer Service.
The PIN can be set solely by the cardholder (the person to whom the card was issued).
