What is Behavioural protection

Just be yourself to increase the security of your online banking.

Behavioural Protection is a service that further protects your account funds. All you have to do is log in to your GOonline or GOmobile account and it does the rest! It is a very intuitive technology that learns your banking behaviour, such as how you click your mouse or how fast you type on your phone. It creates a behavioural model that can be compared to the character of your handwriting. If your behaviour deviates from the pattern, our systems will notice immediately. If you suspect that someone else is logging into your banking or using your app on your phone, the bank will activate additional security measures.

How does it work*

Behavioural analysis and creation of your own behavioural model for online and mobile banking.

Comparing your online and mobile banking behaviour with your model which is  already recorded.

If we suspect that someone else is logging into your online or mobile banking, we may apply additional verification or authorisation.

Behavioural Protection is a friendly technology that runs in the background. It does not affect the performance of GOonline online banking.
