Personal data administration

Personal data provided by users of the Website of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’, using electronic forms shall be kept by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Kasprzaka 10/16 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Bank’) in accordance with the principles set forth by law, including in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016).

The Bank shall only collect data of Website users to be used to provide services chosen by the Website users, to respond to requests submitted to the Bank, for marketing purposes related to advertising of banking products and services, to provide information on the Bank’s range of products and for archiving and statistical purposes. Data provided by Website users in online forms are protected using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Personal data disclosure

Personal data of Website users collected by the Bank may be disclosed solely to entities authorised to receive them by law and to entities to which the Website user provided his/her consent for personal data processing.

 

The personal data collected shall not be disclosed to any other individuals or entities unless required to do so by law, or unless there is a relevant agreement in place that ensures the protection of rights and privacy.

What are cookies?

Cookies on our website are used:

To optimise the Bank’s websites for better user experience and to adjust the content of websites to user preferences. In particular, the files enable the recognition of the Website user device and the proper display of the website pages adjusted to the user’s individual preferences.

To create statistics which help us to understand how the Website users use the Website pages in order to improve their structure and content.

To recognise the site from which the user came to the Bank’s Website.
